Privacy Policy
RedRonin is an internal website management and collaboration service for authorised customers and their users. This policy explains how RedRonin collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal information, including information received through Google Sign-In.
Information We Collect
RedRonin may collect:
- account information, such as your name, email address, role, and preferences;
- content you or your organisation provide, such as project, domain, task, comment, document, and attachment data;
- technical and security information, such as login events, IP addresses, browser details, error logs, and activity needed to operate and protect the service; and
- Google account information described below when you choose Google Sign-In.
Google User Data
Data Accessed
Google Sign-In gives RedRonin access only to your basic Google account profile: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. RedRonin stores your Google account identifier, name, and email address. RedRonin does not persist your Google profile image and does not request or access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars, contacts, or other Google Workspace content.
RedRonin does not store Google OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens. It does not request offline access to your Google account.
Data Usage
RedRonin uses Google user data only to authenticate you, create or match your RedRonin account, display your identity within the service, maintain account security, and provide features authorised by you or your organisation. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or training generalised artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Data Sharing
RedRonin does not sell Google user data. It does not share Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data may be processed by service providers that host, secure, monitor, or support RedRonin, solely to provide those services under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to equivalent privacy protections.
RedRonin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Data Storage and Protection
Account and application data is stored in systems operated by RedRonin and its hosting and infrastructure providers. RedRonin uses safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted network connections, authentication and access controls, restricted administrative access, logging, monitoring, software maintenance, and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention and Deletion
RedRonin retains your Google account identifier, name, and email address while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Security and operational records may be retained for a limited period after account closure. Residual copies may remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced through the normal backup cycle.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated Google user data by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate the request with your organisation's account administrator. Unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes, RedRonin will delete or de-identify the applicable data and confirm when the request has been completed.
You can also revoke RedRonin's Google access at any time from your Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents future Google Sign-In authorisations but does not by itself delete an existing RedRonin account; use the deletion process above to request deletion.
How We Use Other Information
RedRonin uses other account, customer, and technical information to provide and administer the service, manage projects and website operations, communicate with users, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Access to customer content is limited to authorised users, organisation administrators, and personnel who need it to operate or support the service.
Changes to This Policy
RedRonin may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, and the date above will be updated.

Terms of Service
RedRonin is an internal tool for authorised customers and users. You must use the service only for lawful purposes, protect your account, respect other users' and organisations' data, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms. The service may change and is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
